What I can help with
Depression
If you’ve been feeling drained, unmotivated, or disconnected from the person you used to be, you’re not alone. Depression can make even simple tasks feel heavy and joy feel out of reach. I understand how overwhelming it can be — both personally and professionally — and I know healing is possible.
In therapy, we’ll combine mind-body approaches, talk therapy, and practical coping strategies to help you reconnect with hope, balance, and meaning. Together, we’ll find what works best for you so you can begin feeling like yourself again.

Anxiety
Do you find yourself constantly worrying, feeling tense, or unable to relax? Anxiety can create a cycle of overthinking, self-doubt, and exhaustion that’s hard to break. My approach focuses on understanding the root causes of your anxiety — not just managing the symptoms.
We’ll work on processing unresolved experiences, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and building new emotional regulation skills in a calm, supportive environment. My goal is to help you feel safe, centered, and capable of handling life’s stressors with greater ease.

Trauma & PTSD
You may have lived through experiences that continue to impact your emotions, relationships, or sense of safety — even long after the events themselves. Whether your trauma was a single incident or a series of ongoing stressors, your nervous system may still be trying to protect you in ways that now feel limiting.
As a therapist trained in EMDR, DNMS/Internal Differentiation, and Somatic Processing, I help clients gently release the emotional charge of past events and reconnect with a sense of inner stability and peace. Healing doesn’t erase what happened — it helps you feel free from its grip.

Relationship Challenges
Even the strongest relationships can become strained by miscommunication, resentment, or old wounds. If you love your partner but feel disconnected or stuck in painful patterns, therapy can help.
We’ll focus on understanding triggers, building healthier communication, and addressing unresolved emotions that may be keeping you from closeness and trust. I also support individuals dealing with codependency, narcissistic abuse recovery, or difficult family dynamics (including boundary-setting with in-laws or partners with mental health or addiction struggles).
